Ingredients - For the casing: 1 cup refined flour 1/2 tsp Salt few drops of refined oil water as required to knead the dough 4 tbsp refined flour for dusting For the filling 1 onion finely chopped 100 gm grated paneer 1/2 capsicum finely chopped 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 finely chopped green chilli Salt to taste 1/4 tsp black pepper powder Step 1 To prepare the dough, combine all purpose flour, salt together. Using little water at a time, bind the ingredients together to form a soft dough. Add some refined oil and Keep it covered with a wet cloth and let it rest till further use. Step 2 To prepare the stuffing, take a bowl and add grated paneer, onion, capsicum, salt, ginger garlic paste, green chilli. Mix these ingredients well and keep them aside. Step 3 Now to shape the momos, divide the dough into small balls of equal size. Take one part, give it a round shape and roll it using a rolling,just like the way you make chapaties. Fill 1 tbsp stuffing in the center of the circle, we will give it a very simple shape,just combine all the edges and make a small potli shape. prepare all the momos following the same process.
